Requirements for adding songs to playlists are: 1. I must like the song ;-) - 2. The song must fit the playlist (year of release, genre, playlist description) - 3. Nothing beats attention: Please share the playlists on which you are on your socials!

Hi, I curate a few playlists on Spotify. The goal is to support and make visible up-and-coming bands and artists that otherwise go under the radar. The genres of the playlists are punk and punkrock, sometimes spiced up with streetpunk, surfpunk, emo, grunge and hardcore from Canada, California, Australia, the Midwest, Italy or United Kingdom. Shoegaze and dreampop, sometimes spiced with noise, post-rock, grungegaze, heavygaze, instrumental shoegaze and instrumental postrock as well as from California, Canada, Español, Italy, The Netherlands, Germany and Austria, Australia and New Zealand, Texas and Oklahoma, Ireland and the United Kingdom, Iceland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Poland, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, FYROM and Ukraine, France and Belgium, Washington and Oregon (Seattle and Portland), from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. Metalcore from Germany and United Kingdom, related styles Melodic-Core, Melodycore, Post-Hardcore, Nu-Core and Modern Metal. Female Indie-Pop for artists under the radar. Female fronted Bluesrock, partly spiced with Rock'n Roll, Soul, Alt. Country or Hardrock. Americana and Canadian Americana, spiced with Alt. Country, Roots,  Folkrock and Southern Rock. New Pop inspired by the Eighties (80s) with New Wave Electrop Pop, Synthwave, Synthpop, Retropop. New Dance-Pop with female lead singers and Dancecover of famous hits. All playlists are hand-curated, no automatism, no bots, no team (I do everything on my own), no paid content, no adding of songs for money, no inconsistent content: only current songs that matches the titles and the descriptions of the playlists (see Spotify) are included (as far as I know, subject to errors). Each song is listened to and only added to a playlist if I like it and it is suitable for a playlist. The artist profile and musical biography is read and listened to, each band and artist I follow on social media (if available) and mention them in story and posts with each update. The following applies to all playlists: One song per artist/band. The only exceptions are the artists/bands that are on the cover of the playlists.
